We are super excited that renovations on our new children’s ministry wing has begun! Due to the construction in the hallway/large room in the basement, we will not have a Family Night Dinner or Valley Kids on the 2nd Wednesday in May. Intermediate and Youth Group will still meet.

Our Valley Kids will be having a fun week of music, games, crafts, and lessons Monday, June 17-Thursday June 20 from 6pm-7:30pm. This camp will be for those that are ages 5-5th grade (includes those who just completed 5th grade). If you would like to volunteer that week, please sign up in the back of the sanctuary!

The Fostering Hope Ministry is collecting items for our local DCS office. These items will be given to kids that are transitioning to foster homes or are involved with DCS (Dept. of Child Services). These items include things like hygiene items, lice kits, pacifiers, journals/pens, small toys, etc. To see specific items needed, please see the cards in the back of the sanctuary. Bring the specific item written on the tag back to the table by May 19th. Any questions, contact Shelby McConnaughey.

Do you have a heart for vulnerable families with young children in our community, an interest in building relationships and sharing the Gospel to others? If so, a new ministry called Careportal is perfect for you to get involved in. We will share needs with the church that have been given to us by DCS case managers in Vigo County, and you will have the opportunity to provide for the family, meet with them, and show them the love of Christ. Our Food Pantry continues to serve the North Terre Haute community every first and third Thursday from 9am-noon each month. This month the food pantry is asking for donations of peanut butter. If you bring in a donation, there are designated bins (one between the church office and the restrooms, and one in the Connect Room near side doors). We appreciate your generosity!
